Caribbean-On-Line Dining Index
Pretty effective, highly navigable resource for digging up a long list of eating spots around the region, with interactive maps and short reviews. We'd be more excited, though, if they'd given us a bit more info about each restaurant.

Fodor's Restaurant Index: Caribbean
They're not island-wide comprehensive, and their prose is a bit pedestrian, but if you're looking for a reliable voice and an opinion on the best Bajan pepper pot stew--among other Caribbean savories--you might start here. Hopefully, this well-known guide will add some beef soon.

Caribbean Food and Drink
A variety of links to where you can mail order a sample of Caribbean taste sensations, from Busha Browne's sauces (the banana chutney is sublime), to Jamaican jerk sauces. Great site for strange gourmets.

Frenchcaribbean.com
This site's plain design disguises some interesting info about dining in the French West Indies, despite the paltry restaurant recommendations. Check out the creole cooking terms where you'll learn that lambi isn't lamb at all, but conch.
